When you buy a product or request the free Exec Snapshot, we collect your email address and the order details needed to deliver the product and provide support. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
To deliver your purchase and receipts, provide support, send the free resource you requested, and — if you opt in — occasional updates about Ground Rules. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Only the service providers that run the business: our payment platform / Merchant of Record (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy) for checkout and delivery, and our email tool (Brevo) for receipts and updates. We do not sell your data.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop emailing you, by writing to [email protected].
